Starting Wednesday, October 30, 2024, it is possible to lodge your horses . Contact the organization for boxes in the surrounding area.

Address of the boxes: village hall parking lot / fire station

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is prohibited in the fire station car park, only in the chestnut tree alley D4 in front of the village hall.

Unloading the horses:

Please unload your horses on Chemin de Pleysse D28 just after the roundabout.

Or at the van parking lot, a path goes up to the stables, 5 minutes on foot

Snacks and bar on site on Friday, November 1st in the village hall

above the boxes. Open every evening after the horses arrive

in the center of the village.

In the morning, the secretariat opens

3 PM - 4:30 PM

Veterinary checks of horses in the boxes followed by trotting

6:30 p.m.

Briefing in the village hall followed by an aperitif.

Veterinary check of the 100KM race not seen the day before near the D653 van parking lot

8:00

Group departure of the 100KM (1 DAY) at the roundabout under the fire station (briefing at 7:45 a.m. before departure)

8:30

AMA ELITE GP 1st DAY group start at the top in the center of the village.

9:45 À 12:00

Veterinary control CASTELNAU-MONTRATIER

12 PM - 4 PM

Veterinary inspection LABASTIDE-MARNHAC/ Possibility of catering by the FESTIMARNHAC festival committee

15:00 18:30

Arrival in the center of the village of Montcuq.

6:00 p.m.

Awards ceremony for the 100KM in one day.

7:00 a.m.

Veterinary checks at the boxes

Group departure from the stables to the roundabout under the fire brigade
